Important information about how we process and ship your order

Thank you for supporting our small, family-run business. Every order is appreciated, and we are committed to providing quality products, honest communication, and reliable service. This page outlines what you can expect after placing an order with us.

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and supplier timelines. We work diligently to fulfill orders as quickly and accurately as possible while ensuring each order is carefully prepared.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping Information

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, actual shipping times are controlled by the carrier once the order has left our facility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Backorders & Product Availability

Due to high demand and supplier restocking schedules, some items may become temporarily unavailable.

If an item in your order is on backorder:

Your order remains active and fully secured
Your item will ship as soon as it becomes available
You will be notified if there are significant delays or changes

We do not cancel orders due to temporary stock delays unless requested by the customer.

EFA & ESA / Funding Orders

All sales through ClassWallet Or other Funding Accounts are final No Refunds or Returns unless the product is damaged or lost and can’t be replaced.

Orders placed through EFA or similar funding programs may require additional processing time due to external approval and payment verification processes.

Because these orders depend on third-party authorization before payment is released, there may be a delay between the time an order is placed and when it is fully approved and able to be processed.

Once approved and payment is confirmed, EFA orders are placed into our standard processing queue and fulfilled in the order they were received.

Product availability may vary by state, and some items may not be eligible for all students due to approval or program requirements.

For accuracy and security, all order-related questions must be submitted through our official support channels. We do not handle order inquiries via Facebook.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these required steps alongside normal order fulfillment.
